Project Lead / Impact Analyst

Measuring social impact can be difficult, confusing, and expensive. ImpactLab has developed an innovative methodology to bring transparency to social investment, by linking charity data to the best global evidence and publicly available national datasets.

ImpactLab is a start up with ambitious growth plans. We have assembled an exceptional team with backgrounds across the government, nonprofit and private sectors in NZ and internationally.

Since the company was founded in 2019, we have worked with 100 + charities including Cure Kids, Auckland City Mission and Barnardos.

We are looking for a mission driven Project Lead / Impact Analyst with the skillset to join our team on delivering research and analytics for our customers, helping them to do good, better.

This role can be based in our Auckland or Wellington offices.

Outcomes you’ll be involved in:

Managing customer delivery

• Project managing the end-to-end delivery of the GoodMeasure product
• Building robust relationships with charities, funders and investors
• Facilitating customer workshops
• Developing concise, well written reports
  

Research and analytics

• Synthesising data
• Mapping customer service delivery models
• Identifying key impact drivers
• Shaping up coherent social return on investment these
