The Opportunity

We are rapidly expanding our client base and looking for our next Project Manager superstar to join our Program Management Office team. The role is ideally based in Wellington with a mix of work-from-home and client-sites as required.

As Project Manager you will need to comprehensively co-ordinate all activities needed to deliver consulting solutions to our clients by engaging project management tools and techniques that facilitate constant delivery in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. It is essential that you have a sound understanding of technical concepts as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a precise, professional and confident manner to clients.

This position is highly responsive to the requests of clients with work priorities largely influenced by these stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

Our Project Manager role is multi-disciplinary, and you will need to demonstrate flexibility and be adaptable to change.

Ideally, with 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, you will have had experience, and developed skills in:

• Project, Planning and Integration management


• Client relationship management


• Administration and coordination of services


• Team resource management


• Decision making


• Risk management


• Integration and Data project management experience (preferred)


• Verbal and written communication style that is clear, specific and easy to understand, with the ability to communicate complex information in a precise and confident manner


• Impeccable attention to detail, the ability to think outside the box and demonstrate a sound problem-solving mindset
