Project Manager

The Company:
Archway Recruitment have partnered with a specialist Construction Contractor who are expanding across the North Island, servicing property developers, commercial constructors, and residential group home builders.

The Opportunity:
The Project manager role has been established to guarantee project execution across multiple sites, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction, and quality standard. This is also a business strategy role, where you will help implement and bring new ideas to the table with regards to innovation, technology and streamlining systems and processes. 

About You:
We are looking for a professional and well-organised Project Manager who has the technical know-how, and understanding of Construction in New Zealand. We need someone who has excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities. You will need to be motivated and driven to succeed, and provide and exceptional service to clients and contractors. Further requirements include:

• Relevant construction industry qualification. 
• Experience in scheduling and workflow management software across multiple sites
• Ability to plan and organise and streamline processes across multiple projects
• Strong influencing and motivational skills
• A passion for the industry, and pride in your craft
• A client focussed attitude
• Drivers license

You must be a New Zealand Resident or have a current open work visa to be consider for this opportunity.
