We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO team to help oversee and coordinate the delivery of our software and technology to our valued customers in New Zealand and Australia.

About the role

As a Project Manager your key responsibilities will be:

• Managing the planning and ensuring the successful delivery of Comrad Software Applications, Integrations, Software Upgrades, and Infrastructure projects. 
• Responding and managing the resolution of technical problems concerning project activities 
• Manage project risk, issues and dependencies using project tracking registers
• Managing project exceptions and expectations to ensure a satisfactory outcome for our Customers and Comrad
• Documenting scope variations and outcomes from the workshops with key stakeholders
• Working closely with technical teams, developers, customers, and resources within Comrad to deliver the project as per agreed scope.
• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of project financials, utilisation, and actuals.

About you

• Experience in a project management environment with at least 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager
• Knowledge and experience with technology and software, including testing, configuration management and implementation. (Desired)
• Demonstrate initiative, exercises good judgment, and can achieve results.
• Proactive self-starter, who can drive issues through to resolution, highly self-motivated and directed, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. 
• An interest in getting hands on with products and learning about the Radiology industry and the Comrad business
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Internal and external “customer service” focus.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure.
