Contract or fixed-term opportunities through to June 2027
Two significant programmes | Approximately 20–40 hours per week
Some projects need more than timelines, trackers and status reports.
They need someone who can step into a complex environment, understand how all the moving parts connect, bring clarity to competing priorities and turn ambitious thinking into something practical and deliverable.
We’re looking for experienced, hands-on project managers to support a respected community-based healthcare organisation through two important programmes of change.
One will help shape how care is delivered into the future. The other will explore and develop a new opportunity designed to strengthen the organisation’s long-term sustainability.
Both matter. Both involve multiple stakeholders, interconnected pieces of work and decisions that will have a lasting impact.
You may be suited to one project, or potentially both if your experience spans clinical or operational change and commercial transformation.
Project Manager – Clinical Services & Change
Approximately 24–40 hours per week
This is an opportunity to support a meaningful review of how people access, experience and move through care.
Working closely with executive leaders, clinical teams and external partners, you’ll help create a clear roadmap for change, bring connected pieces of work together and maintain momentum across a complex operational environment.
You’ll need to see the whole picture while still understanding what must happen within each individual piece. Just as importantly, you’ll know how to bring people with you.
You’ll be comfortable navigating different perspectives, asking thoughtful questions and creating enough structure to move the work forward without losing sight of the people affected by it.
Experience within healthcare, social services, justice or another complex service environment would be valuable, but a clinical background is not essential.
Project Manager – Revenue Development & Transformation
Approximately 20–40 hours per week
This project will assess and develop a potential new revenue-generating initiative, taking it from an emerging opportunity through feasibility, business case development and a practical delivery roadmap.
You’ll bring structure and commercial thinking to the work, establishing what would be required across operations, systems, processes, governance, resources and implementation.
Working with internal teams and external advisers, you’ll bring the right information together, test assumptions and help leaders make well-informed decisions.
Subject to approval, you may then lead the initiative through implementation.
Experience in commercial projects, business transformation, feasibility work or the development of new services would be highly valuable.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for project managers who are operationally switched on, emotionally intelligent and genuinely comfortable with complexity.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience taking projects from initial scoping and discovery through to delivery
The ability to develop a roadmap and keep multiple, interconnected pieces of work moving
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with executives, specialists and external partners
High EQ, sound judgement and the ability to navigate sensitive or competing perspectives
Strong commercial thinking, including the ability to assess costs, benefits, risks and feasibility
A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to get into the detail
The ability to create clarity, accountability and momentum within a busy, purpose-led organisation
You won’t simply be maintaining a project plan. You’ll be helping good people make complex change happen.
Both opportunities are office-based. Hours and engagement arrangements are open to discussion, with contractor and fixed-term employment options available through to June 2027.
If you’re an experienced project manager who can see the whole, manage the detail and bring people confidently through change, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now to express your interest.
