Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our construction team in the renewable energy space. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects related to renewable energy, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Role: As a Project Manager (PM) – Construction reporting to the National Manager, your role is critical and central to the success of our business and projects. you will work to lead a team of field and office-based staff to plan and deliver all processes related to the construction function of the business taking overall responsibility for the delivery of projects that meet and ideally exceed targets. It is expected that the business will have up to three construction projects running in sequence at all times with site staff reporting to the PM. You will also: - Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish - Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans - Manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met - Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns - Prepare and present project reports to senior management This role will ensure there are consistent approaches across all stages of a project lifecycle within the Project team assisting in and championing the application of the developed business process and constantly delivering the messages of consistency and continual development. You'll also have - Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in renewable energy projects - Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in construction management software and tools ideally with Procore experience If you are passionate about renewable energy and have a strong background in construction project management, we invite you to join our team and make a positive impact in the renewable energy industry.
