Project Manager - Hiring Immediately

About the role:

Join our innovative team at Abodo Wood a leading name in Timber. We are dedicated to driving efficiency and productivity through technology, and we are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation project on a 6-month fixed term basis, 3 days a week.

As the Project Manager for ERP Implementation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful integration of our new ERP system. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance organizational performance through the implementation of cutting-edge technology.

Day in the life:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the ERP implementation project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones and the successful deployment of the ERP system.
• Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through ERP implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Facilitate change management activities to promote user adoption and maximize the benefits of the new ERP system across the organization.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for course correction as needed.

About you:

• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation projects, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
