We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a consented healthcare project local to Hamilton. Join an established, successful business where you can take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the project team, engaging with the contractor, Engineers, Architects and the client.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Business development, with good contacts around the region.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks promptly.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
To be successful in this role we require: - Engineering, Construction Management, or related Tertiary Education.
- Proven experience of delivering projects from a consulting/client side ideally with experience working on site over $10mill in New Zealand.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Positive attitude and drive to grow and succeed.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
