About this role 

We're seeking an experienced HRIS/Payroll Project Manager to join our Go Digital team. You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of the HRIS/Payroll project, within budget and timeframes, and within agreed scope.

This important role will be fast paced and requires an energetic team player who is able to work with the Programme Manager to provide leadership to the HRIS/Payroll project team. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders. You will have an exemplary track record of being able to co-ordinate multiple priorities at the same time, while achieving a quality outcome.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes to succeed in this position:

  • Experience in business case development
  • Experience in gathering requirements and documentation to support procurement
  • An understanding of project and change management frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience leading HRIS/Payroll projects that have multiple stakeholders and change management requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and be adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall effective performance of the Go Digital team
