Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager

Job Description

• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Responsible for preparation of project management plans, programmes, budgets and other key project deliverables
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting 
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants
• Managing internal project administration including invoicing, variations, subconsultant management and contract risk
• Building the business through engagement, marketing and tendering activities

Qualifications

• Degree in related technical field (Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management) OR qualified tradesperson with demonstrated experience as a Project Manager. 
• Ideally 5-10+ years industry experience including large scale mission critical, data centre, industrial, ICT, Network or Telecommunications projects
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft skills are essential (including MS Project) and Primavera P6 skills will be highly regarded
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills
• Highly collaborative, committed and proactive
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering high quality projects.
