Are you an experienced residential sales agent looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work with a high performing,entrepreneurial, and competitive management team? Do you want to earn a competitive income and enjoy a flexible work-life balance?

Colliers is the leader in the marketing of new build residential projects in New Zealand. We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Project Sales Consultant, you will be responsible fordelivering residential apartment and terrace projects to the market on behalf of our developer clients. You will work closely with our clients, suppliers and the wider team to sell residential new builds and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record of residential sales
  • REA Salespersons License
  • Solution focused with excellent communicationskills
  • A strong network of contacts and referrals
  • A passion for the property market and a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to travel and flexibility of hours, including weekends

You will come from either a developer environment or experienced agency in residential sales.

Key to your success will be your focus, commitment and ability to sell your project effectively from initial enquiry through to contract and ultimately successful settlement.
