We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Administrator to join the team, where you’ll report to the Centre Manager. Be prepared for an exciting, fun, and fast paced working environment within a supportive and friendly team based in Tauriko. This role is office based so you’ll be required to work full time, onsite at Tauranga Crossing, Monday – Friday.
As Property Administrator, you will provide professional and efficient property support, overseeing preparation and processing of property documentation and managing property matters relating to all aspects of the property process. You will proactively manage the property admin duties for the Centre ensuring timely receipt and recording of legal documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate certification, Lessor execution and completion of lease agreements ensuring all documents filed
Prepare Tenancy confirmation advice and disperse copies to appropriate people
Manage, maintain and add new leases, variations, renewals into internal software
Record all outstanding lease documents and ensure all affiliated compliance received and filed
Collation of retailers monthly sales for Centre reporting purposes
Assist the Centre Manager with tenant communications and organise tenant meetings when required
Instruct Solicitors to prepare Deed of Lease per the ATL
Other adhoc lease and tenancy documentation as required
Assist Facilities Manager with reports, procedures and other operational duties
Ensure positive relationships are fostered with tenants and managers
Coordinate, in conjunction with Marketing, distribution of Centre Memos and newsletters
The successful candidate will have the following:
Proven experience in a frontline or customer service role as there will be a lot of liaising with tenants / retailers and at times, customers
Property Administration experience is desirable
An interest in Property
Energy and Drive– this is a busy, fast paced role that will see you working with a variety of people across the Centre. This is not a job where you’ll not be behind a desk all day long, no two days are the same, so you’ll be someone who thrives in this busy environment
Sound computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent ability to priorities workload and a high level of attention to detail is essential
