Property Asset Manager

What will your day include?

• Manage investment properties for clients 
• Meet the expectations and reasonable requirements of our clients  
• Maximise rental income and potential of properties within parameters 
• Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance to ensure that all physical aspects of the property are at all times fully functional and maintained in a good condition
• Coordinate property project works as required
• Routinely inspect all properties  
• Liaise with agents to prepare sales and marketing plans for vacant space  
• Negotiate, develop and present leases, related agreements etc 
• Carry out lease renewals and rental reviews  
• Coordinate valuers and other professionals  
• Assist with emergency situations as required  
• Ensure that any areas of concern are addressed effectively  
• Ensure BWOFs are maintained on managed properties 
• Where required attend Body Corporate meetings and action issues raised  
• Devise and develop plans for the gaining of new business sources  
• Deal with any meetings or requirements relating to the new Unit Titles Act 
• Manage and maintain client relationships for investor pipeline 
• Manage and maintain relationships with commercial agents across the region
