About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Property Assistant to support our multi-disciplinary property team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You’ll support both Property Administration and Asset & Property Management, helping to ensure our portfolio is well-managed, compliant and delivering positive outcomes for tenants and stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing | Mahi

• Support property administration, reporting and compliance requirements


• Assist with lease documentation, renewals, rent reviews and tenancy schedules


• Coordinate property activities including inspections and site visits


• Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and stakeholders


• Support budgeting, invoicing and portfolio reporting


• Assist with insurance, valuations and development coordination


• Contribute to a collaborative, values-based team environment

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Confident communicator with relationship-building ability


• Resilient, adaptable and able to manage a varied workload


• A team player with a proactive mindset


• Full NZ driver’s licence


• Property experience or working towards a qualification (preferred)
