Your Role
The purpose of this role will be to help our customers to recover swiftly after a property loss. As the Executive Manager supporting our Direct Claims team you will be accountable for the strategic and operational management of our property fulfilment process, ensuring that property repairs are assessed and conducted efficiently and cost-effectively, therein minimising disruption for customers
You’ll be required to manage the fulfilment process, working with our customers and suppliers and property claims, in the assessment, repair and settlement of claims, to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
