About the role:

As a Property Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing specialized disability residential housing and social housing properties, ensuring they are operated efficiently and maintained to the highest standards. You'll collaborate closely with our General Manager and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and suppliers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the business in providing great homes that offer choice and affordability for people with disabilities.

Cultivating effective relationships with our principal clients, Spectrum Care and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

Overseeing property-related tasks and providing technical expertise to enhance property management processes.

Managing contractors in compliance with health and safety legislation, ensuring standards are upheld.
