What you'll do:

Being a part of our Property Management team, your day-to-day will be a varied and exciting role:

• Service extraordinaire: We thrive on providing stand-out service to our landlords and tenants. Ensuring landlords that their assets are managed to an excellent standard along with tenants feeling confident that they are well looked after is the pinnacle of what we do!

• Property pro: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio you manage, ensuring it is run like a well-oiled machine. You'll coordinate repairs, manage rent payments, and be the liaison between tenants and landlords to ensure each property and person receives top-notch service. Along with regular inspections and the leasing of properties.

• Master of coordination: Juggling superb communication/service, inspections, maintenance, and leasing like a pro. Your organisational skills will be key in keeping everything on track.

• A-game attitude: Bringing a positive, can-do attitude will see you thrive in this role! Being a part of a like-minded team who will support your journey and want to see you succeed will encourage this too.

• Problem-solver champion: Being a part of a fast-paced industry that is Property Management, having the ability to think efficiently and effectively is key.
