About the role:

To excel in this role, you'll need exceptional relationship-building skills, be a fast learner, a strong work ethic, and a sense of humour. Managing properties can be demanding, therefore a level of confidence and motivation to resolve issues efficiently are crucial.

Key responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new properties, tenants, and landlords
• Coordinating property advertising and scheduling viewings
• Overseeing property lettings and tenant inductions
• Conducting various inspections and managing lease renewals
• Handling administration of repairs and maintenance

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Property Management or a similar role (desired)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and adapt to challenge
