About the role

In this pivotal role, you will deliver top-tier customer service to property Landlords and Tenants. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Landlord and tenant management
• Maintaining and expanding a property portfolio
• Letting properties
• Conducting property inspections and overseeing maintenance
• Representing Landlords in Tenancy Tribunal and Dispute Tribunal matters
• Collaborating with senior management and the director to develop and implement business development plans

Skills and experiences

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential management in New Zealand
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Organizational precision coupled with adaptability to change
• A "can-do" attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A high level of integrity and strong work ethics
• Sound knowledge of property maintenance
• Familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act and the recent Amendment Act 2020
• A preference for working in an ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Service Standard business environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT literacy
• Exceptional customer service skills
