An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to become part of our vibrant, busy Mt Eden office.
To ensure success in this position we seek an energetic person who takes pride in their personal presentation with excellent English and communication skills. Experience is preferred.
Responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of properties, creating advertising for vacant properties, organising maintenance, regular inspections and communicating with both landlords and tenants.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills, experience and personal qualities:
· Excellent people skills
· Previous property management experience
· General administration experience
· Strong time management and organisational skills
· An ability to remain composed and friendly while working at a fast pace
· Able to react to a fast paced environment and a multitude of demands with a sense of urgency
· Desire to perform and succeed
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of Palace Property Management system (preferred but not essential)
· Current full drivers license required
