We are an established private residential property management group, and a reputation for getting results.
An opportunity has become available for a motivated Property Manager to join our tight-knit team.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
• Inspections and viewings
• Photographing properties
• Organising repairs and maintenance
. Advertising of new listing and vacant properties
. Managing all queries in relation to properties and processes
• Providing business support and general administration duties
We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated, well presented applicant. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential so we're seeking someone who is confident working in an ever-changing environment, can think on their feet and has a "no job too small" attitude.
Experience is preferred, but we are happy to look at other applicants with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
It is essential that you enjoy helping people, with communication as a key. Whilst industry training and support will be provided, you will need a solid work history, as well as strong customer service and computer skills on which to build on.
Other key skills and attributes include:
• A current, clean NZ drivers licence
. New Zealand Residency
• The ability to manage and appropriately prioritise a large number of competing demands
• Competent Microsoft Office 365 skills including Word and Excel
• The ability to multi task and cope well under pressure in an ever changing environment
• Proven clear thinker, level headed, solution oriented
• Maturity, personal integrity, sound judgement
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• A high level of communication skills, written and verbal
• Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative
. Monitoring rent levels in line with market conditions and undertaking scheduled rent reviews
. The ability to work well with others in the workplace is essential
