This is an important role suitable for someone who has previous experience as a Property Manager. You will be working out of our office located in Grey Lynn and reporting to the CEO of our Property Management business.  We have a strong company culture and commitment to collective growth.

Job tasks and responsibilities

 The day-to-day functions include, but are not limited to: 

• Providing landlords with exceptional service
• Conducting inspections
• Communication with tenants
• Growing portfolio

Skills and experience

You will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience working as a Property Manager within the Auckland market.  You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a can-do, will-do attitude and you are keen to continue to grow and develop. A keen eye for detail and a knack for building strong relationships with tenants and landlords alike is essential. You will need to be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping previous clients, and others and have excellent testimonials.

The ability to work autonomously is important as it is expected that you will be able to manage your own time and schedule. 

Experience using Google Suite and Palace would be preferred but it isn’t essential, however, being able to quickly pick up and learn new systems is crucial.
