We are in search of a resourceful Property Services Administrator to join our all-star team at Arotahi Agribusiness Limited in Tauranga Central, Bay of Plenty.

We are seeking highly professional and motivated administrator to proactively support the Directors in all aspects of administration for agribusiness real estate transactions and land valuations, working with a highly collaborative team that operates nationally, work flexibly and enjoy winning together.

Arotahi provides real estate transaction, valuation and advisory services to owners of agribusiness properties throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.

About the role 

Through effective administration, you will support the team to move beyond reactive to proactive service delivery. Establish and implement systems and processes, identify solutions and provide all-round efficient and consistent support to the Directors and the wider business as required. 

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and monitor the leads tracker and key actions
  • Maintain the CRM software, to improve the accuracy and reach of the database used for transactions together with milestone reporting
  • Profile target clients and purchasers based on agreed briefs and using both publicly available and subscriber only tools, including online property ownership information
  • Oversee and administer whole team continuing professional development (CPD) requirements, reporting and renewal of associated professional memberships
  • Organise travel logistics for both client and team events
  • Preparing Agency Agreements and overseeing execution
  • Managing all aspects of the Anti Money Laundering (AML) verification process using online platform
  • Prepare valuation reporting templates and source property and mapping information
  • Project management support as required 
  • Create and manage new systems and processes which improve efficiency. 

About you

  • At least 3 years experience as an administrator
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a committed team player;
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft or other web-based admin software;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a high performing team, able to meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Qualified or experienced in business administration, law or real estate context is advantageous
  • Have an affinity or interest in the broader agricultural or real estate industries (including watching Country Calendar).
