Qualified Builder

Are you a skilled and qualified builder looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction industry? Advanced Personnel Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated NZ Qualified Builder to join our dynamic team, working with reputable clients in the Hastings and Napier regions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute residential and commercial building projects from start to finish.
• Adhere to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Interpret and implement architectural plans and blueprints.
• Coordinate with other construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets established standards.
• Maintain project documentation and provide progress reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid NZ Building qualification and relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the building and construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully completed projects.
• Strong knowledge of NZ building codes, standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
