About the Role

This is your opportunity to step up and help Kiwi mum and dad investors achieve their financial goals through property investment. 

You’ll help investors:

• Map out a property portfolio plan, with what they’ll invest in (and when) using our in-house software.
• Select the best investment properties for each investor’s situation.
• Help each investor complete due diligence, guiding them along the way.
• Work with investors over the long term to help them put their portfolio   into practice.

When you take on this role, you’ll meet with prospective and existing investors over Zoom, analysing their needs and goals. You’ll then present them with tailored investment options, focusing on new-build properties.

About You

Applicants for this position should:

• Be a qualified FA (i.e. have your Level 5 in Investment).
• Have a passion for property - we're all about new build investments!
• Respect for compliance - TRUST is how we succeed and we want to do the right thing every time! You need to be a trustworthy adviser with sales skills. 
• Find it easy to build rapport and communicate effectively with people.
• Be technologically savvy.
• Be able to work from our inner city office (office culture is important to us).
• Be a Permanent Resident or be a New Zealand Citizen.

What’s on Offer

There is no lead generation or visits to investor’s homes required. All work will be over Zoom (or conducted in-office). 

You’ll earn a competitive remuneration package as a qualified FA: $120,000 + commission.
