The Role:
Nestled within the park-like grounds of Mill Hour, Bear Park Hobsonville truly is a centre you have to see to believe. Set on a stunning waterfront property, with sweeping sea views, we offer an inspiring environment for children, families and teachers alike. 

We are looking for a Qualified Teacher to join our team in the wonderful Moreporks team working with children aged 18 months to 2.5 years. With exceptional 1:4 teacher-to-child ratios, modern learning environments, and an abundance of natural resources, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful learning experiences inspired by our Reggio Emilia philosophy.

We believe great teaching starts with great support. That's why we provide three hours of paid collaborative planning time every week, giving our teaching teams dedicated time to reflect, plan, and learn together during work hours.

As part of Bear Park, you'll be supported by an experienced Centre Director and Pedagogical Leadership team, with ongoing professional learning including paid in-service days every two months, career development opportunities, and a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
