Quality Control Analyst

Working as our Quality Control Analyst , you'll play a vital role in making this magic happen.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, supporting Microbiology, Sensory, and Inwards Raw Materials functions under the guidance of the site Hygiene Leader.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct daily routine Microbiological sampling and testing
• Support general Microbiological standard tasks
• Perform routine daily sensory quality testing
• Provide support for sensory panel sessions
• Support for Beverage Raw Material tasks
• Contribute towards sustaining site hygiene

This role will also require the operation of a fork hoist, with appropriate training provided. There may also be some manual handling required.

• Ability to learn new skills and be solutions focussed
• Ability to perform daily routine tasks accurately and efficiently
  Self-motivation and a focus on stakeholder satisfaction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to engage a wide range of individuals and work within a team environment

Highly regarded

• Experience in the beverage/food industry
• Familiarity with SAP software
• Previous experience in a food microbiological laboratory (ideally within the drinks industry)
• Understanding of aseptic sampling, and testing techniques (filtrations /pour plating)
• Hold a degree in microbiological or science or related field
