Quality Manager in Food Industry - for Royal Family

Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to join their client's team at a prestigious Royal Family in Abu Dhabi. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for quality control checking in the production of raw meat, items, products, etc. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct regular audits to assess and improve the effectiveness of quality control measures
• Implement and maintain HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) systems
• Provide training and support to staff to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify quality issues
• Manage and evaluate supplier quality and performance
• Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary actions to address concerns
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to drive continuous improvement in quality control processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Relevant certification in quality management is a plus
