• Working cross-functionally, driving initiatives and programs to improve Quality performance.
• Ensuring that Quality and Food Safety management systems are adhered to
• Ensuring continual compliance with current standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and their solutions (root-cause analysis and corrective actions)
• Investigation and management of non-conformance, CAPA and consumer complaints
• Providing training and support to production and other departments
• Assisting with new product development, trials, and other projects
• Assisting production lines to trouble shoot and problem solve

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Graduate with a focus on Science or Food Technology or relevant technical qualification
• At least 2 years experience in quality assurance role
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, HACCP and Regulations e.g., GFSI and ISO standards
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
• Quick learner, strong attention to detail and fantastic time management and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills to influence, develop and grow relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and team members
• Confident with a positive “can do” attitude
• Experience in use of Microsoft suite

• Preparation of Product Technical Specifications
• Ensuring that Quality and Food Safety management systems are adhered to
• Ensuring continual compliance with current standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and their solutions (root-cause analysis and corrective actions)
• Investigation and management of non-conformance, CAPA and consumer complaints
• Providing training and support to production and other departments
• Assisting with new product development, trials, and other projects
• Assisting production lines to trouble shoot and problem solve

About You

• Experience in a Dairy processing manufacturing environment will be desirable.
• At least 2 years experience in quality assurance role

• Quick learner, strong attention to detail and fantastic time management and organizational skills
