You will have the advantage of working with a great team and gaining invaluable experience. The core functions of the role are to Manage the daily operation of our Quality Assurance department. Your key duties will involve:
- Working cross-functionally, driving initiatives and programs to improve Quality performance.
- Ensuring that Quality and Food Safety management systems are adhered to
- Ensuring continual compliance with current standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and their solutions (root-cause analysis and corrective actions)
- Investigation and management of non-conformance, CAPA and consumer complaints
- Providing training and support to production and other departments
- Assisting with new product development, trials, and other projects
- Assisting production lines to trouble shoot and problem solve
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Graduate with a focus on Science or Food Technology or relevant technical qualification
- At least 2 years experience in quality assurance role
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, HACCP and Regulations e.g., GFSI and ISO standards
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Quick learner, strong attention to detail and fantastic time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills to influence, develop and grow relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and team members
- Confident with a positive “can do” attitude
- Experience in use of Microsoft suite

- Oversee the daily Quality and Compliance of our facility
- Preparation of Product Technical Specifications
- Ensuring that Quality and Food Safety management systems are adhered to
- Ensuring continual compliance with current standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and their solutions (root-cause analysis and corrective actions)
- Investigation and management of non-conformance, CAPA and consumer complaints
- Providing training and support to production and other departments
- Assisting with new product development, trials, and other projects
- Assisting production lines to trouble shoot and problem solve
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Graduate with a focus on Science or Food Technology or relevant technical qualification
- Experience in a Dairy processing manufacturing environment will be desirable.
- At least 2 years experience in quality assurance role
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, HACCP and Regulations e.g., GFSI and ISO standards

- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Quick learner, strong attention to detail and fantastic time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills to influence, develop and grow relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and team members
