Quantity Surveyor (Perm or Fixed term options)

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) has an exceptional opportunity to work in the beautiful scenery of New Zealand's South Island. You will be working with an excellent contractor that has been established in New Zealand for a number of years. They have a solid reputation in the industry and they just keep on building their portfolio of work throughout the region. 
  
Due to the increased levels of opportunity in the South Island and continued investment and growth, this contractor has a variety of projects in the construction process.   
 
Therefore we are looking for a quantity surveyor that has built up a solid portfolio of experience over the years. Ideally you would have been exposed to running new build projects from a green field sites, taking them all the way from pre-construction to final account. 
You are going to be part of a niche South Island team based in Queenstown or Wanaka. Although you will be part of a small team, you will still be part of a great office culture and your surveying career will keep going from strength to strength.

To be a success we need to see the following in your background -

• Related Construction Qualification
• New Build/re-furb commercial/industrial construction experience
• Site and office based project history
• Pre and post contract experience 
• Excellent communication skills
