We’re looking for a dedicated Rangatahi Facilitator to guide youth through the Te Pae Oranga (restorative justice) process—an alternative to the court system that empowers communities to support positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with rangatahi and their whānau to understand their journey.


• Support victims with empathy and care.


• Facilitate meaningful conversations that promote accountability and healing.


• Monitor progress and document outcomes in the Arawhanui database.


• Collaborate with Police, community panels, and support networks.
