About the Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing client relationships, and delivering profitable growth across both regions. You will drive excellence in Health and Safety, Quality, and Service Delivery while empowering your teams to meet and exceed key performance targets.
You will play a vital role in business development, managing tender submissions, growing our brand presence, and ensuring contract and project execution aligns with strategic objectives.
Primary Objectives
Lead daily Branch operations with a focus on Health & Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
Drive shareholder value through strategic execution and revenue growth.
Build strong client networks and engagement strategies across both regions.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Manage tenders and marketing collateral to effectively promote RCR Infrastructure.
Champion brand representation through relevant industry affiliations.
Analyse branch P&L and implement improvements to close performance gaps.
Lead capability development and rollout of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor branch teams, including Supervisors, Project Managers as well as Technicians.
Ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery, efficient resource utilisation and contract compliance.
Manage customer relationships and resolve service-related issues proactively.
Oversee resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project delivery.
Prepare and review quotations and tenders to align with business goals.
Achieve financial targets for service, maintenance, and project work.
Promote a culture of performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with national objectives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
8-10 years’ experience in a senior management or leadership role within a service-based industry.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with a results-driven approach.
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and contract management.
In-depth understanding of Health & Safety regulations and employment law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job management systems.
Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
Desirable Attributes
Project Management experience in Building Compliance or HVAC/R.
Experience with simPRO or similar job management software.
Knowledge of Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management systems.
Trade qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
