Receptionist 12 month Fixed term Morton Dentistry

Role

Our Morton Dentistry Practice is looking for a full-time Receptionist to join their team. They are a small team of 3 dentists and 2 hygienists, who provide oral health care for long term patients and new patients from all walks of life.

An easy going and close knit practice that rarely recruits, are looking for someone reliable, warm, dedicated, passionate and attentive to join them. 

As the Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, handling patient recalls, completing payment processing, banking, and other admin duties. With this role, there is room for growth and development. 

The hours for the role are below: 

• Monday to Friday : 8:00 am - 5:45 pm 

There is flexibility for the role to be 4 days if preferred.

Location

Lumino Morton Dentistry is located on Clyde Road in the friendly neighborhood of Bryndwr, Ilam and Fendalton Christchurch.

Person

We are seeking a person with:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk or Administrator
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Strong computer skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
• Ability to learn and adapt.
