Receptionist 12-month Fixed Term

CR Law are a highly regarded law firm, with an experienced and diverse team of innovators. We’re on the hunt for a Receptionist to join the team in a fixed term capacity. Our current receptionist will be on parental leave from mid-February 2026 for 12 months, and we need someone fab (that’s you!) to cover this period.  

You may be an experienced receptionist looking for a change of scenery, you may be returning to the workforce after an extended break or you may be looking for exposure to a new industry. Regardless, you’re super-friendly and outgoing, and you will naturally step in as the welcoming face of our firm.   

As the first point of contact, you will carry out reception duties such as meeting and greeting our clients, answering incoming phone calls, managing the meeting rooms and ensure the office is running smoothly. You enjoy being part of a team, but you are also able to work independently. You will seek out new challenges and are very much a self-starter.

Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This role is based at our Palmerston North office on Broadway.
