About our new opportunities:

We are currently on the lookout for some dedicated and switched-on receptionists to help us out with some upcoming temporary roles assisting some well-known Christchurch organisations. The firms span industries and include professional services, not-for-profit and so forth. These roles will allow you to work in a busy environment where you will have the ability to further grow your skill set. Length of these assignments vary; from 1-4 weeks, some even have the potential to turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Previous experience in a reception
• Takes pride in professional presentation
• Driven and motivated attitude
• High level of people and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise, take initiative and multitask
• A natural communicator whether on the phone or in person

About the roles:

• Answering and transferring incoming calls through the switchboard
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Direct any foot traffic to the correct department or staff member
• Stock ordering
• Keeping communal areas tidy 
• Document preparation and administration support
• Ad-hoc office duties
