Receptionist / Adviser Support

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Support Team as a Receptionist / Adviser Support in our Shortland Street Office, Auckland City.

We are looking for that special person who relates well to clients, possesses great organisational skills, is enthusiastic and reliable. The ability to use initiative, while working confidently in a team environment and complimenting a positive team atmosphere is essential. This position will provide excellent client service, and support to our advisers.  

The successful applicant will also have:

• Experience working with a CRM
• Experience with MS Word/Excel & Outlook
• A high level of integrity who will respect confidentiality and privacy
• Professional telephone manner
• Pride in their appearance and excellent customer service
• Serious approach to their work with a sense of humour
