Job Description - Receptionist Management, Operations & Administration · Havelock North | Duart

The role

Our Duart Facility in Havelock North are looking for a part-time Receptionist (Sat, Sun & Mon 9am - 2pm) to join their dedicated team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Beingthe welcoming face of our business
  • Providing excellent administrative support
  • Ensuring the smooth running of service delivery
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for all residents and guests
  • Delivering professional customer service and administrative assistancein a style that brings calm to a busy environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • A passion to help elderly residents
  • People skills, fun-loving and genuine desire to make things better each day
  • An ability toproblem solve effectively as you will be dealing with all manner of people and queries from visitors, contractors, residents and their families
  • Experience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers
  • Excellent computer skills.In particular, with the Microsoft suite
  • An ability to build rapport, provide assistanceand treat residents with respect
  • Eligibility to work in NZ.
