Job Description - Receptionist & Marketing Support - Innovative Company

We are on the lookout for an adaptable Receptionist & Marketing Support to join our amazing team at JOYN in Ellerslie, Auckland.

Joyn Recruitment are on the look-out to fill an exciting hybrid role for their #1 business real estate client. You will be the face of the LINK BUSINESS brand as front of house and with your bright and sunny disposition you will be helpful towards both clients and brokers. They would love for this person to be the general go-to for administrative help with the added skill of marketing to support their wider team too! So, a very interesting diverse role. You could be a recent marketing graduate with some reception/admin experience, looking to apply themselves with more active involvement in support of marketing and social media activities.  

You will be working for a great NZ success story, now the largest and most awarded in its industry. Established 25 years ago with offices overseas. 

You will enjoy free parking, great coffee and a bright and open-plan office. Working as a close-knit, fun and friendly team. Finish early on a Friday with relaxed drinks and catch up with everyone socially including the brokers.  

Your role is a multifaceted one, with general admin tasks and office duties related to reception being an important component, but also supporting a high-performing team of brokers, with their advertising efforts for business sales and their self-promotion marketing plans. You will also be part of the Marketing team, assisting with day-to-day tasks and one-off projects. Additional responsibilities will include supporting with Social Media engagement, schedules, budgets and looking for opportunities to increase brand awareness.

There is full training given with ongoing professional development and you will be working in an environment where you are valued and the work you do matters!
