About the role

Your administration career will thrive, working at Bayswater Retirement Village. Flourishing in a beautiful setting you will be proud to be the first impression of our reception area of our village ensuring that all visitors are greeted in a professional manner. This position is working 40 hours per week - M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Duties Include:

Answering phone calls and greeting walk-ins at reception area .

Delivering newsletters and newspapers to units

Ensure the reception area is kept neat and tidy

Perform administration tasks accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a high standard of teamwork and initiative

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a similar reception or administration role would be advantageous

Ability to exercise your initiative with a positive can-do attitude

Adept to change, your friendly professional and customer focused approach will reflect your ability to easily deal with whatever comes your way.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer savvy
