Your administration career will thrive, working at Bayswater Retirement Village. Flourishing in a beautiful setting you will be proud to be the first impression of our reception area of our village ensuring that all visitors are greeted in a professional manner. This position is working 40 hours per week - M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Duties Include:
Answering phone calls and greeting walk-ins at reception area . Delivering newsletters and newspapers to units Ensure the reception area is kept neat and tidy Perform administration tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain a high standard of teamwork and initiative Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in a similar reception or administration role would be advantageous Ability to exercise your initiative with a positive can-do attitude Adept to change, your friendly professional and customer focused approach will reflect your ability to easily deal with whatever comes your way.
