Receptionist - Professional Development Opportunities

Team Hutchinson Ford have an exciting role available : Front of House Reception.

Our site has recently been redeveloped with ‘The Greenway’ in the heart of Christchurch as part of our refurbished Dealership.

Being the Front of House, it is a key role for all visiting customers; we want an energetic, bubbly and friendly person to provide the atmosphere we desire.

The role will also be processing daily payments, debtor follow up, communicating internally and driving Purchase Orders to improve overall process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front of House Reception
• 100% focus on giving customers and staff fast, friendly service
• Processing daily payments and driving Purchase Orders
• Debtor follow up
• Previous administration experience is essential
• Vast experience in data processing systems would be advantageous

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 5.30pm
