Receptionist - Urgent

We are a team passionate about Sports and Exercise Medicine, dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients. Due to internal promotion our Wairau Valley clinic is currently seeking a talented receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our mission. 

As one of our receptionists, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients and visitors receive the highest level of service and support both in person and over the phone.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Super friendly and approachable
• Team player
• A great communicator, both in person and on the phone
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and preferably experience with clinic management software 
• Committed to providing exceptional patient care
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• We receive a high volume of phone calls, so a fondness for talking on the phone at the front desk is a must.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Health/ rehabilitation experience a benefit  

In this role, you will get to:

• Greet our patients and visitors with a big smile and friendly demeanour
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails for all Axis clinics (5 clinics)
• Schedule and confirm appointments for all Axis clinics
• Help process payments and manage billing enquiries
• Maintain patient records
• Collaborate as a team across multiple sites
