We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people focused Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our Rotorua team and play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming and well-supported environment for both our clients and our people.
This is a varied, hands on role where no two days are the same. One moment you’ll be greeting clients and coordinating meeting rooms, the next you’ll be helping with office set up, organising deliveries, supporting events, or assisting the wider team with day to day office tasks.
