About the Role:

We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Specialist to play a pivotal role in attracting awesome, talented individuals to join ECL Group. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process and you will play a role in educating hiring managers on candidate experience as well as providing support and guidance on how to improve the quality of hire. This is a fulltime office based role located in Penrose and reports into the Head of People & Capability

• Ideally experienced in recruiting for trades and services industry
• Enjoy working with a national remit
• Confident using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job
• Consult with an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, can demonstrate best practice consultative ability and understanding of current trends
• Develop strong relationships with and influence a range of stakeholders, providing expertise in recruitment and talent advice
• Outcomes focussed, with a can-do attitude, you possess a genuine passion for making a workplace great
