Our new Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of the Build People brand in New Zealand. As such, we are seeking an exceptional sales and/or recruitment performer to deliver end to end recruitment services to our impressive customer base, along with the development of new relationships.
About the role: - Work with major New Zealand businesses in the building materials and merchant sector, to provide exceptional sales and management talent
- Present the services of the business to SME's and corporate businesses
- Confidentially represent top candidates from within the market, to secure them the best possible career opportunities
- Meet and exceed realistic sales and growth targets
- Grow branch presence via networking and relevant trade functions
About you: - You have a minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment looking to earn an exceptional income
- You're looking for your true calling, not just a job
- You are thorough, accurate, polished and professional - able to get in front of business leaders and influence outcomes
- You can work autonomously and are a self-starter. You must have a home office you are able to work from with no more than 2 nights of travel per month.
- You are driven, highly motivated and ready to have a significant impact in your region
