ABOUT THE ROLE 
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant who can manage a portfolio of existing clients, but predominately focus on identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge and networks within the private sector. Additionally, you will know how to go deep and wide within a customer organisation, building out various relationships, influencing decision-makers, and be trusted upon to deliver services and solutions when our customers need them the most. We focus on excellent client and candidate experiences, building meaningful and lasting relationships with each, and require someone to have a high degree of communication to help drive our customer experience and services forward. As it is a services-based role you’ll need to operate at a high pace, with a mixture of providing guidance and the right capability for large programmes of work, and strategically positioning Recruit I.T. 

 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Mapping existing accounts and identifying potential opportunities for expansion within your existing portfolio.  
  • Hunting and securing new business opportunities. 
  • Involved in strategic account planning for our larger accounts.  
  • Involved in the interviewing and screening of the right people to ensure quality assurance for our customer’s culture and project requirements. 
  • Collaborating with our internal candidate management team to ensure the delivery of capability and talent across your clients. 
  • Ensuring our CRM is kept up to date and meeting notes and requirements are appropriately captured and updated.  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 
  • A history of sales within the technology sector, and any professional services-based sales will be looked upon favourably.  
  • A natural affinity for business development and securing new sales opportunities. 
  • Preferred experience managing mid-market to enterprise-sized accounts. 
  • Proven ability to outperform and exceed revenue targets, whilst enabling those around you to grow. 
  • Your personality traits will include resilience, competitiveness, and empathy. 
  • Growth mindset and the willingness to learn and excel in a new industry.
