We are expanding our Temporary placements division across the South Island and are looking for an experienced recruiter to be based in Nelson.

About the role: 

With no two days the same it's a role which is not for the faint hearted, but if you take pride in helping others, finding the perfect match and making a difference we want to speak with you! Some key aspects:

• Sales and New Client relationship management: build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing the right candidates with the correct skill set and experience for the required position.
• Work towards budgets and overachieve in this area.

What do we need from you?

• Prior recruitment experience working within the Temporary Placement field, any industry/sector.
• We're big on personality and cultural fit, so if you don't have the hard skills or experience, please don't think this role isn't for you.
• Someone with client relationship, key account management or sales experience, and the hunger to chase business and help get people jobs.
• Outstanding people, communication and networking skills – fearless and confident over the phone and in person, someone who loves daily interaction with a wide range of people
