We are on the lookout for a driven Recruitment Consultant - Blenheim to join our innovative team at AWF in Blenheim, Marlborough.

We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking, and passionate recruiter to join our team!

The role as Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who is:

  • Passionate about people, as you will be focused on candidate attraction, retention, and pastoral care through CV screening, site visits, and communication
  • Willing to step out of the comfort zone to build the branch results through business-to-business sales
  • Thorough with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting all applications, and presenting job offers
  • Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety with our AWF field employee workforce
  • Equally passionate about recruitment and customer service whilst ensuring we are providing the highest level of account management to our clients

Ideally you will have:

  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a service and sales focussed role; exposure to recruitment would be an added bonus!
  • Exceptional client service skills and the ability to form strong lasting relationships
  • Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Proactive and process-driven
  • Hunger, passion, and drive to get the job done, with a 'never give up' attitude
