This is a perm recruiters desk. 

This role is totally about rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in. Build relationships, build profile, build income. You must therefor be able to prove your recruitment skills in this current market. Organised, pro active and engaging throughout. It is true recruitment and will only suit those who are committed to themselves and their career and the team they work within.

 The skills you must bring to this role are strong relevant experience in the recruitment process(1-2+ years) in an agency environment. A proven billing track record, experience in working to targets, self-motivating behaviours and resilience. This team is professional and proud and will only suit a similar personality. 

 The brand is well positioned in the market with mature clients who have high expectations yet there is always new business to be won, so the ability to talk with senior decision- makers in a professional and meaningful way is essential.

 As an individual you will need to be well organised, self-motivated and be all about delivery. The team is there to support you but they cant do it for you.
