About the Role:

As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the Hamilton temp Branch. Due to an internal promotion, this hot desk is available for a high achieving recruiter. Your main responsibility will be to lead by example, business develop and fill vacancies with your team.

You will be a highly motivated individual focused on achieving outstanding results, taking immense pride in surpassing expectations. You'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top-notch candidates, and fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

  • Leading a team of experienced consultants, driving their success and professional growth, ensure targets are met and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, new and existing, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your clients – writing job ads, sourcing from additional networks and LinkedIn, interviewing candidates and placing people into jobs.
  • Business development – bring on new clients and develop current clients to grow and retain existing business.

You will be reliable and motivated about people and sales, with proven experience in agency recruitment and a record of successful placements. You'll have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.

We work with both Industrial and commercial customers across all sectors, dealing with all Blue- and White-collar roles up to senior executive placements and are a multicultural and inclusive workplace with over 18 nationalities across our internal team alone.

This role requires you to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. As it entails travelling to client sites, we require you to have a full clean New Zealand drivers’ licence and you must be drug free, with a clean criminal history.
