About the role

Position: Refrigeration Apprentice/Trade Assistant

You may be keen to start your career in an apprenticeship excellent training will be provided, or even better, be in your 1st or 2nd year of your Refrigeration Apprenticeship for a National Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Level 4).

Location: Savill Drive, Otahuhu

Duties:

We are looking for keen individuals to support and assist our team in carrying out repairs, service and maintenance on shipping container machinery based at our Savill Drive Depot. Ideally, you will have a passion or interest in refrigeration and electrical systems, be a good communicator and have a “can do” attitude.

This is a full-time position with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.

Hours for this position are between 7.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 7.00am – 12.00pm.  There will be a requirement to be On-Call once electrically competent.  This is an opportunity to earn even more $$ on top of the competitive hourly rate!
